Quiet and safe with 24 /7 friendly staff. The self-serve breakfast is good. 24 /7 food and sundries available at the desk. Room and bed are laid out well and comfortable, easy to relax. Hotel WIFI was cutting on and off and our room was starting to show some wear on the carpets. Convenient location.

We were going back and forth with where to stay before our flight in the morning. So far so good! Close to the airport with a free shuttle and the staff here are so sweet! We haven’t even stayed over night yet but our stay so far has been amazing. Thank you Holiday Inn Express Reno Airport! You’re 🤩10 stars so far! Looking forward to our free hot breakfast tomorrow 🥰.

The staff here is fabulous. Celeste greeted us like family! Exceptionally clean facilities. Breakfast was very good (both days). The kitchen staff brought in fresh items and tidied up. This is how you retain customers! We’ll done!

The room was along the side away from a very busy road. Be sure to ask for that one. The room is easy to relax on and has a goof work area. They have a nice worm pool making that relax are gen easier The breakfast was good and ready
